DB24x7 provides AI-powered database management services including monitoring, optimization, and automated maintenance capabilities.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your database credentials are secure
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

DB24x7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Modifications to Service

DB24x7 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
